Unless you comply with the terms of our Cancellation and Early Departure Policy as stated in our Terms and Conditions of Business, we reserve the right to charge you for early cancellation.

Well behaved pets are welcome in the majority of our apartments.
However we do ask for an additional fee of £100 to cover the cost of a deep clean including carpet clean after your departure.
Please contact us to confirm if the apartment you are looking to book is pet friendly.

We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site.
For an extra fee, we can provide equipment, such as a cot, high chair travel cot, car seat and stair guard.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times.
 If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.
There is a late checkout option at 12:00 pm for an additional fee of £25.00
Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.

If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
